Through an unprecedented partnership of the City of Boston, the Boston Public Schools, the city’s leading public charities and many of Boston’s foundations, the Boston Opportunity Agenda aims to make Boston a place where upward mobility occurs for large numbers of people now living in poverty.

The initial initiatives being supported by the Agenda already have been chosen, but the partners welcome ideas for additional initiatives and when additional programming is called for will issue Requests for Proposals.

At the Agenda’s announcement on June 22, 2010, the Beal Companies, LLP became the first corporate sponsor, paving the way for other businesses to become involved.

To learn more about becoming a funding partner of the Boston Opportunity Agenda or for more information please contact Paul S. Grogan, President and CEO of the Boston Foundation at www.bostonopportunityagenda.org or 617-338-1700.
